Built on four decades of residential development
Tragar Homes is a family business with over 40 years of residential property experience. We are developers — we identify land, enter agreements with landowners, fund and manage the planning process, and deliver homes.
Our model is straightforward: we take on the planning risk so landowners do not have to. Through option and promotion agreements, we work as genuine joint venture partners — funding everything from pre-application work to planning appeals — and share in the value created when consent is granted.
